Throughout the world business of all different sizes offer a wide variety of products and services.

As diverse as the business landscape is, most businesses regardless of size manage data about employees, clients or customers, suppliers, assets and possibly vehicles.

Despite this many smaller businesses have little choice but to mange this data using separate systems all of which require separate logins and subscriptions; which in many cases require payment for all but the most basic tier.

This is where OneBoxBM comes in, the idea being that instead of having multiple separate systems you have one simple solution that takes the keys parts of employee, client/customer, supplier, asset and vehicle management and puts them in one place.

As it stands, OneBoxBM currently supports the management of employee, client and supplier data, with the asset management next on the cards. After that will be vehicle management, with some improvements to other areas of the system along the way.

Option Software

Option Software has been developing its products & services since the middle of 2020. Like many businesses it was born out of a long-term ambition to be independent. While the ambition was always there, things were always on hold as it was never the right time, or the idea wasn’t quite right. It was only when the idea for OneBoxBM became more concrete that things finally started moving forwards.

While it may have taken some time for the idea to take shape, the underlying values behind the business have always been the same.

It has never been about being a market leader, or a continuously growing customer base where existing customers are overlooked in favour of new ones.

For Option Software this is about creating a solid, reliable product/service that people can put their trust in.
